Career OPPORTUNITIES US OPENINGS FOCUS SITE DIRECTOR: FOCUS, an evidence-based resiliency-building program for military families, housed in the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior, is seeking site directors at military sites in Virginia, California, and Washington State. Working for FOCUS provides candidates the ability to participate in an innovative and effective program that seeks to meet the unique needs of activeduty military children and families through a variety of initiatives. The primary job of the site director is to manage the FOCUS staff and site in delivering family-centered services to military families experiencing multiple deployments and combat operational stress. The site director is also expected to work with staff to coordinate outreach to the community and to work with other installation programs to integrate FOCUS into the local system of care.
