Working for FOCUS provides candidates the ability to participate in an innovative and effective program that seeks to meet the unique needs of activeduty military children and families through a variety of initiatives. The primary job of the site director is to manage the FOCUS staff and site in delivering family-centered services to military families experiencing multiple deployments and combat operational stress.
