PMC’s transParent Culture You can see there are many channels through which matters are brought to people, committees and boards to make decisions at PMC. Likewise, there are just as many channels for people to provide input and influence that often result in decisions being made. One is the opportunity for input from the medical staff. Our physicians can provide ideas and input through any of the nine medical staff committees, through any of the department chiefs and officers, the medical staff president, and the Medical Executive Committee. Contact can also be made with any member of administration at any time. And as indicated earlier, time is scheduled on all monthly board and committee meeting agendas for physicians who wish to address the board.
