Performance Review Institute In 2010 the Performance Review Institute (PRI) celebrated the 20th anniversary of its flagship Nadcap program. A global customer survey to mark the occasion received more than 1,000 responses and highlighted the benefits that Nadcap has brought to the aerospace industry: more than one-third reported a reduction in scrap rates, more than 40 percent reported a reduction in rework and escape rates and more than half of the respondents indicated that their sales and/or ability to attract new business had improved. PRI remains focused on adding value for its customers and improving the level of customer satisfaction. To this end, several new initiatives have been introduced such as merging all the professional development programs into one department and facilitating free training in conjunction with the Nadcap meetings. In addition, customer, staff and contractor satisfaction measures are going to be instituted to ensure that PRI continues to meet the needs and high standards of the industry and all its stakeholders. 24
